In this chapter we learn that the primary reason Jesus came to Earth was to inaugurate the kingdom of God. Often we hear that the reason Jesus came to Earth was to die on the cross. Jesus did come to die on the cross, but that death

on the cross was for the purpose of establishing the kingdom of God. The reader will learn that if we do not seize His kingdom—grab it—it will pass right by you! Healing can be right at your door, and if you don’t grab it, it will go right by you. We can’t sit and look religious—when God shows up, grab Him! Bring Him into your situation. Recognize your need for healing and deliverance and your need for the kingdom of God.
Chapter 2 The Kingdom of God and Israel

This chapter looks into the biblical connection between the kingdom of God and the nation of Israel. It teaches believers to understand the role that Israel will play in the establishment of God’s kingdom on Earth and in the events that will usher in the kingdom of God for eternity
Chapter 3 The Tabernacle of David

In order to understand the plan of God for today, we must go back to the time of David. We must go back to the future. We are now seeing the restoration of the tabernacle of David. God will build it as in the days of old. This chapter reveals the differences between the tabernacle of Moses and the tabernacle of David. This will help us to understand what is taking place in the church today.
Chapter 4 The Kingdom of God Prophesied by the Prophets

Old Testament prophets foretold of the establishment of God’s kingdom on the earth. In this chapter we see prophetic patterns revealed about the dominion of Jesus Christ and the authority His people will have in the kingdom of God. We begin to recognize the symbolism used by the prophets to prophesy about God’s kingdom, and we see the importance the prophets gave to the need to be prepared to do our part to spread God’s kingdom to all the earth.
Chapter 5 The Gospel of the Kingdom

When Jesus came and preached the gospel of the kingdom of God, it was not a foreign concept to the people of God—the Jews. They were expecting the Messiah to come with the kingdom of heaven. They were looking for the Son of Man to come in the clouds of glory to deliver them out of the hands of the Romans. They were looking for the king of Israel. In this chapter we will discover that Jesus came to bring a different order. He came to bring a different kingdom, unlike anything you have ever known. Healing, deliverance, and faith came to those who seized the kingdom of God. The foremost thing on God’s mind is His kingdom. Before Jesus Christ returns, we’re going to get this right. He’s not coming back for a messed-up church. He’s coming back for a church without spot or blemish or wrinkle. He is coming back for kingdom people!
Chapter 6 Demonstration of the Kingdom

This chapter teaches the reader that like King David, we as believers have an anointing and authority to touch and impact nations. All people, nations, and languages will come under the dominion of Jesus Christ. The church is called to learn to rule and reign now. We must begin to have a dominion mentality in order to demonstrate our authority over the powers of darkness.
Chapter 7 Worship and the Kingdom

When we begin to walk in dominion and demonstrate the kingdom of God in our world today, God is able to rule in the midst of His enemies. This becomes a great time of worship and dominion, just as it was in the days of King David. This chapter shows that our kingdom worship is to be filled with glory. God will enthrone Himself in our praise and worship. Principalities and powers will be subdued through His judgments. We will see the judgments of God in our cities and nations as the pattern of Davidic worship is restored in our world today.
Chapter 8 The Everlasting Kingdom

This chapter unfolds the wonders and blessings that will be a part of the everlasting kingdom of God. The author reveals how Jesus has inherited the crown of His father David and will rule and reign in the everlasting kingdom. Believers will rule with Him as kings and priests and will inherit a crown of glory through Jesus Christ. We learn that God’s everlasting kingdom will be filled with holiness and will radiate with the manifest presence of God.
